The Southampton manager is furious at the contentious Liverpool penalty call.

Ivan Juric, manager of Southampton, feels Liverpool should have been given a penalty in the second half of their 3-1 loss at Anfield on Saturday. Will Smallbone gave the Saints an unexpected lead in stoppage time of the first half, but Darin Nunez quickly erased the lead. Mo Salah scored two penalty penalties in the second half to give Liverpool the victory, but Juric thought the first one was unfair. Barcelona's match was postponed minutes before kickoff due to the death of the team doctor.


The La Liga match between Barcelona and Osasuna has been postponed due to the death of the Catalan club's doctor, Carles Minarro Garcia.

Following Garcia's death earlier on Saturday, the postponement was announced just minutes before the match was scheduled to begin at Olympic Stadium.

Both teams had announced their lineups, and the players had entered to warm up before Barcelona announced the game's postponement over the stadium's speakers.

According to La Liga, the competition committee will set a new date in the coming days.

"FC Barcelona is deeply saddened to announce the passing of first-team doctor Carles Minarro Garcia this evening," the club said in a statement.

"For this reason, the match between FC Barcelona and CA Osasuna has been rescheduled for a later date.

"The FC Barcelona Board of Directors and all staff extend our heartfelt condolences to his family and friends during this difficult time."

Barcelona leads the La Liga standings with 57 points, one ahead of Atletico Madrid, and Real is third with 54 points.

The Catalan club's Clasico rivals expressed their support for Garcia's colleagues and loved ones.

Real Madrid CF expressed their condolences on the passing of Carles Miñarro García, a doctor at FC Barcelona.
