Serie A

The Serie A (Italian pronunciation), often known as Serie A TIM for sponsorship reasons, is a professional league tournament for football clubs at the top level of the Italian football league system. The Coppa Campioni d'Italia trophy is awarded to the champions, as well as the scudetto, a decoration worn on the jersey the next season. It has been a round-robin event for over 90 years, beginning with the 1929-30 season. It was organized by the Direttorio Divisioni Superiori until 1943, then by the Lega Calcio until 2010, and finally by the Lega Serie A since then. Serie A is considered one of the top football leagues in the world, and it is frequently portrayed as the most tactically and defensively sound national competition.

According to IFFHS, Serie A was the world's strongest national league in 2020, and it is ranked third among European leagues by UEFA's league coefficient, which is based on Italian clubs' performance in the Champions League and Europa League over the previous five years, trailing only the Premier League and La Liga and ahead of the Bundesliga and Ligue 1. From 1986 to 1988, as well as 1990 to 1999, Serie A led the UEFA rankings.

Grealish says he enjoys playing with Haaland.

Jack Grealish praised Erling Haaland after the striker scored twice to secure a 2-1 Premier League comeback victory over Brentford. The visitors scored after only 22 seconds at the Etihad Stadium, with Yoane Wissa heading in following a sloppy clearing inside the City box. However, Haaland turned the game on its head before the break, leveling with a deflected shot in the 19th minute before latching onto Ederson's long pass and beautifully dinking us into the lead shortly after half-time. The forward currently has 99 goals for the club in all competitions, and his league tally this season is nine goals in four appearances. "The second [goal] showed what he is all about," Grealish remarked after the win. "He used his body effectively, and it's a fantastic finish. "It is a pleasure to play with him and hopefully he can continue." Grealish, who started the game after good performances for England during the international break, was lively and active, but h...
