Vini runs riot as Real stun Dortmund with a comeback.
Dortmund startled the Bernabeu with two goals inside four minutes of the first half. On the half-hour mark, Donyell Malen scored after Serhou Guirassy beautifully threaded the ball into him.
Malen then turned provider, crossing the ball from the right for Jamie Bynoe-Gittens to stretch out and tap into an open goal. At halftime, it appeared that a tiny measure of revenge for last season's Champions League final was on the way.
Just three minutes later, the score was 2-2, with Mbappé again playing a role. The striker was brought in, but before he could shoot, the ball was cleared into the path of Vini Jr., who had the easy chore of tapping into an empty net.
Real completed their comeback in the 83rd minute. Lucas Vázquez received the ball on the right and, after a deflection, found his way into the area before blasting home to send the Bernabeu berserk.
Vini ran riot late on, running half the pitch and slotting home for his second, before blasting home with his left foot for an amazing hat-trick.
