Manchester City has reached an agreement with Eintracht Frankfurt to sign Omar Marmoush.


Fabrice Hawkins of RMC Sport understands that Manchester City and Eintracht Frankfurt have reached an agreement in principle to sign Omar Marmoush (25).

Foot Mercato reported last week that the Premier League club, which is struggling both domestically and internationally, was close to signing the Egyptian forward, who has dominated the Bundesliga this season. In 26 appearances in all competitions, he has 20 goals and 14 assists; he is contributing more than one goal per game.

Marmoush has already approved a move to the Etihad Stadium, according to Foot Mercato.

RMC Sport's Hawkins understands that the two clubs have reached an agreement in principle. The final details of the agreement are being worked out, and he will not play in Eintracht Frankfurt's match against Borussia Dortmund on Friday.
