Tottenham will have Kevin Danso and Mathys Tel available for Thursday's Carabao Cup semi-final second leg against Liverpool, while Ange Postecoglou has confirmed Micky van de Ven will miss out.
Spurs were active in the final days of the winter transfer window, signing centre-back Danso from Lens on Sunday and striker Tel 24 hours later from Bayern Munich.
Both loan signings have received international clearance and work permits to make their Anfield debuts, but Van de Ven will be given a "conservative approach," having played in last week's 3-0 win over Elfsborg after a seven-week layoff with a hamstring injury before missing the win over Brentford.
"Kevin and Mathys are both available." "They have trained and are cleared to play, so everything is fine," Postecoglou added.
"With Micky and (Cristian) Romero, I feel that we need to be a little more conservative.
"Micky did well in the game, but I don't think he's prepared for the intensity of the Premier League. Likewise with Romero.
"After losing Radu (Dragusin) for the rest of the season, which is extremely unfortunate for him and for us, my opinion is - and I have made the decision - that I do not want to risk losing these individuals.
"We are going to keep them ticking over in training and try to make sure they are absolutely ready without any more setbacks."
Van de Ven's recovery against Elfsborg prompted hopes that he would play in the second leg, and while Postecoglou repeated that the Netherlands defender had not sustained a new injury, he hinted he is not yet ready to deal with the physicality of Premier League opponents after a long hiatus.
Postecoglou continued, "He got through the game fine, but we took a look at the stats on the physical side. He did a lot more training and got through it fine, but the Premier League is a completely other beast.
"After losing Radu, I sat down and reflected on what we still have ahead of us."
"Don't get me wrong, we've got a couple of big games this week (Liverpool on Thursday, Aston Villa on Sunday), but we've also given ourselves a couple of weeks, ideally without midweek fixtures, and then Europe kicks in, which is huge for us.
"Hopefully, we're in the Carabao Cup final and still in the FA Cup. I just don't see the point of risking it right now.
We got what we wanted done (during the January transfer window), but it was difficult.
Postecoglou also pronounced himself delighted with the club’s efforts in the winter transfer window even though Danso and Tel joined after a hectic January slated for his injury-hit side.
"Look, it wasn't an easy window for us or anyone," Postecoglou remarked.
"We got what we wanted done, but it was complicated. I mentioned at the start that Europe had complicated things with the new structure and various problems, and many of us were seeking for comparable individuals, such as centre-backs or attacking players.
"It was a hard market. Ideally, we would have wanted things done sooner, but we got what we needed done, which has given us a foundation to build on."

Ange Postecoglou.
"Having Kevin in is a huge advantage for us. (Van de Ven) has not re-injured the injury or anything like that; it's just that I believe we need to look deeper into him. I believe he feels the need to delve deeper into him, as does Romero, so it will be a wait-and-see attitude."Postecoglou also pronounced himself delighted with the club’s efforts in the winter transfer window even though Danso and Tel joined after a hectic January slated for his injury-hit side.
