According to Milan coach Sergio Conceiçao, Kyle Walker and Ruben Loftus-Cheek practiced with the rest of the team and 'will be ready' against Inter despite not being at their best.
Both English players have missed the Rossoneri's last three games, but will return to the squad tomorrow when Milan faces city rivals Inter in the second leg of the Coppa Italia semifinal.
Walker had to have surgery for a fractured elbow in early April, while his countrymen Loftus-Cheek recovered from an appendectomy.
Conceiçao stated during a pre-match press conference on Tuesday that both players had gone through a full training session with the club in the morning.
"It will definitely be a competitive Milan, full of confidence," Conceiçao added.
"We have a lot of ambition and motivation."
Only Emerson Royal is scheduled to miss tomorrow's Milan Derby for the Rossoneri.
Milan remain unblemished against their city rivals this season, with a 1-1 draw in the first leg semifinal on April 2.
The Rossoneri lost their most recent home game against Atalanta and are currently ninth in the Serie A table.

Milan gave Walker an injury boost for the Coppa Italia clash.
"Walker and Loftus-Cheek trained alongside the team. They are not in peak physical condition, but they will be accessible," the Portuguese strategist confirmed to Milannews.
