Ange Postecoglou feels that if Tottenham wins the Europa League this season, it will be one of the most memorable in club history.

The Australian has had a hard season in command of Spurs, battling with numerous injuries that have left his team ranked 16th in the Premier League. However, there is still hope for Ange's promised second-season silverware as Spurs prepare for the Europa League semi-final against Norwegian club Bodo/Glimt.

Tottenham have not won a trophy in 17 years, dating back to the Carling Cup in 2008. They've also never won a European trophy, which makes the Europa League even more tempting.

If they beat Bodo/Glimt, they will face Premier League rivals Manchester United or Athletic Bilbao in the final, but first they must survive a trip to northern Norway, where they will play on an artificial surface without captain Son Heung-Min.

Speaking to TNT Sports prior of the match, Postecoglou acknowledged that winning a championship would not compensate for all of this season's faults.
